What you see is a village just outside of the Amalfi Coast, Ravello. The main town is a tourist area and an area where celebrities live and spend their leisure time. This shot is taken from a patio restaurant in Ravello looking out at the beautiful country scenery with it's vineyards.
I am a former educator, having spent 40 years in Nebraska and Iowa as a teacher, counselor, and school psychologist. In 2006 I returned to my love of art and began shooting nature, landscape, wildlife, and weddings. I loved the midwestern states but have also enjoyed traveling across the US and international locations. Taking photos of the special visions I saw prompted many of these photos. You will see shots in Iowa, California, Montana, Wyoming in the US and shots from Italy, Greece, the Philippines, Great Britain, Germany and so on in this portfolio.
